Making waves in the VR industry, JellyVision is a fictional company that was created for this assignment, where we were instructed to choose an animal and simplify it using the quadradius system to transform it into a logo, then apply it to various real life situations.

As we were limited to certain shapes, it was a challenge to find an animal that would translate well in a quadradius form, but also remain aesthetically pleasing and distinct as a logo. After rounds of experimentation, I finally landed on the jellyfish, which I then created a company for based on their positive attributes, and thus JellyVision was born.

Company Profile

JellyVision is a company that specializes in Virtual Reality software and equipment aimed at professional and casual gamers. Their main competitors include Sony and Meta, and what sets them apart is their VR headsets that allow users to see further and wider than other models in the market. The USP: Everything in one glance

Design Rationale

Blue is the colour of the ocean, which is a vast body of water, and in our logo it represents the infinite possibilities in the future of the company. The typeface used for the company name, Flegrei, gives a futuristic feel and the tagline uses the typeface Brother 1816 to give contrast to the geometric shapes in Flegrei and adds a more serious tone to the overall logo to express the confidence we have as a company, making our vision clear to the audience.
